Doosan Robotics Unveils AI Palletizing Solution for the First Time at North America’s Largest Robotics Exhibition

Showcasing Intelligent Solutions Including Sanding, Welding, and EOL Automation

Doosan Robotics will unveil its artificial intelligence (AI) palletizing solution, ‘PalletizHD+,’ for the first time at North America’s largest automation technology and robotics exhibition.

Doosan Robotics announced that it will participate in ‘Automate 2026,’ which will be held from June 22 to 25, 2026 (local time) in Chicago, USA.

Automate is the largest automation technology and robotics exhibition in North America. Over 1,000 companies from around the world take part, presenting cutting-edge smart manufacturing solutions such as robotics, industrial AI, and machine vision, and building networks within the industry.

‘PalletizHD+,’ making its debut at this event, is an integrated solution that brings together hardware, software, and user applications based on ‘PalletizOS,’ Doosan Robotics’ proprietary operating system dedicated to palletizing. The solution combines Doosan Robotics’ accumulated robot and software technologies with its extensive experience in the automation sector.

The core strength of ‘PalletizHD+’ is its high-speed processing capability. By incorporating AI-based pattern generation and the ‘Swift Move’ technology, which designs optimal movement paths before starting tasks, the system can handle up to 11 boxes per minute. Depending on the job settings, it can also move multiple boxes simultaneously. This enables the processing of larger volumes in the same amount of time and helps shorten the return-on-investment period for automation.

User convenience has also been significantly enhanced. Through an intuitive integrated interface similar to a smartphone, users can manage box information, pallet conditions, stacking patterns, and system status all at once. By simply entering box information and pallet conditions, the AI automatically generates the optimal loading pattern.

Doosan Robotics will also introduce ‘Scan&Go 2.0,’ an upgraded solution first unveiled at CES 2026 in January. Featuring AI based on physical information and advanced 3D vision applied to the robotic arm, the system can independently perform a variety of tasks. At this exhibition, Doosan Robotics will showcase sanding and welding solutions utilizing this technology.

Additionally, Doosan Robotics will present end-of-line (EOL) solutions that cover the entire final stages of the production line, such as box assembly and packaging, as well as robot education kits.

Meanwhile, at the end of last year, Doosan Robotics merged with OneXia and its existing US subsidiary to launch the new Doosan Robotics America. Building on this, the company is working to strengthen its competitiveness in the North American robot solutions market by expanding local business sites, increasing production capacity, and hiring additional personnel.
