IKS Health has acquired ARAI Solutions to expand its AI infrastructure and clinical reasoning capabilities. The Dallas-based healthcare technology company will see the acquisition will strengthen its development of agentic AI systems designed to support clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows. ARAI Solutions specializes in biomedical knowledge graphs and explainable artificial intelligence, a technology IKS Health plans to integrate into its existing healthcare AI platform. The addition will improve autonomous coding, denial prevention, prior authorization reasoning, and clinical decision support while reducing reliance on third-party AI infrastructure. The acquisition positions IKS to build a fully integrated AI stack combining automation with human oversight across healthcare operations. “ARAI’s clinical knowledge infrastructure makes IKS Health AI operational models even more economical, reliable, auditable, and capable of reasoning,” said Sachin K. Hudson Valley Oral Surgery operates three locations in New York and is led by board-certified surgeon Ali Payami, DMD, MD. USOSM provides operational, financial, and administrative support services to specialty practices, enabling surgeons to maintain clinical focus and local operations.
