OKLAHOMA CITY — Following the recommendations of a task force, the state of Oklahoma on Friday named a chief artificial intelligence and technology officer. 

Tai Phan will work with state leaders to set ethical standards and best practices for AI use and technology modernization while “protecting privacy, promoting transparency, and keeping technology fair and accountable.”
